Margate Harbour Arm Gallery

The 2010 programme is being managed and curated by Pat Wilson Smith who also has a studio on the Harbour Arm. Pat will be showcasing contemporary artists, and planning activities and exhibitions that complement those by Margate’s other lively creative spaces and galleries.

Hiring the gallery

Margate Harbour Arm Gallery is a beautiful, light space for all kinds of exhibitions and events. The floor area is 67 square metres and it is 3 m high; here is the floorplan. We are planning events to engage with the many different audiences living in, working in and visiting Margate. We also want to strengthen the links with artists and arts organisations around Kent’s coastline and countryside.

If you are an artist, a contemporary craftsperson, or a member of such a group, who would like to hire the gallery, please contact Pat Wilson Smith (pat.wilson@i-machine.co.uk) as soon as possible to check dates.

The Gallery is £100 to hire for the first week, and £50 for subsequent weeks. This includes circulation of publicity information via our e-mail list. Similarly, if you are experienced in running workshops, the gallery space may be just what you need. The cost per day is £25.
